Although we so want to believe in unicorns, the true creator is Amina Mucciolo (aka Studio Mucci) herself. A self-confused unicorn, a creative visionary, digital influencer, and entrepreneur behind the very colourful and whimsical paper decor company, Studio Mucci.
She’s sometimes referred to as the Tasselfairy (after her brand’s most popular product, the tassel garland). They say that art imitates life, so it’s no wonder that Amina has a crazy colored home and maintains her brand’s aesthetic in all aspects of her life.
With light purple walls, pastel cabinets, a flower wall, a hello kitty microwave, and colorful paper cranes hanging from the ceiling – the apartment reflects Mucciolo herself as she’s often rocking things like rainbow braids, colorful clothing, and glitter makeup.
We love that the work tables are covered in colorful rows of washi tape and she hangs sparkling piñatas from the ceiling and that her kitchen area contains bowls in pastel shades.
“It’s really important to me that where I live is a reflection of me and my personality, and also of my husband. We’d like for our space to be fun and happy and inspiring.” she told the DailyMirror
Amina Mucciolo and Salvatore (her husband) live together in a loft in downtown Los Angeles that houses both their personal and studio space together with their two dogs Worf and Princess Leia.
Fr33 Earth is all about colour, being free, inspiring others – we simply are in awe and inspired by her work.
We love you Amina Mucciolo – you’ll always have a home at Fr33 Earth when you visit Australia.

But practicing a zero-waste lifestyle is near impossible with the amount of packaging that comes with products. And as the new year ticks over I wonder. . .
What changes?
What behaviors?
What habits?
Can we adopt to lessen our own climate change footprint?
Changes that won’t cost you money and won’t require a lot of time and dedication to do.
